I am a woodworker.
That means my work produces beautiful products from wood - tables, cutting boards, boxes, etc.

Honestly, machines do 80% of the work in the shop.
When I use the tools the right way, applying my craftsmanship and knowledge, they cut straighter lines, drill cleaner holes, and do it all way faster than I can by hand.
But what makes a woodworker's product truly special is the hand finishing.
It's my human going over every single fiber, checking for imperfections and blemishes.
It's my human eye knowing what the right lines and balance and finish turn an average piece into a special piece.

You can tell the difference between my handcrafted cutting board and a machine-made one.
Mine are not perfect, but they are real.
And that's why they cost more than the mass-produced junk on Amazon.
There is a parallel here to using AI in your business.
It's a machine... and it produces well-structured, mass-produced, perfectly boring outputs.
It is a starting point, not a finishing point.
If you're using AI, use it to do the heavy-lifting - the equivalent of cutting the big boards into smaller ones.
But do the fine-tuning yourself.
Spend the time to touch each sentence and put your mark on the finished product.
Handcrafting is always worth the effort.
Your readers can tell.
And the right ones will love you for it... and pay you for it.
The rest will just buy the Amazon version of you. They were never your customers anyway.
