What's Working Right Now
Something I love sharing with clients is "what's working now," especially as the world adapts to AI.
It's a weird new world out there for a lot of coaches and consultants.
Big launches that have worked for years are failing.
Coaching programs "at scale" aren't selling anymore.
Here's what I'm seeing that is working, including what's working in my business.
Training that is on-demand, but interaction that is live.
People don't want to show up to watch you teach, but they do want to engage with you live on calls, unmuted, not in the chat.
That means groups need to be smaller and more intimate.
My latest group has fewer than 15 members, and they love it like that.
My "unlimited 1:1 coaching calls" program is selling better than ever.
People are buying results, not content.
Here's what that means if you're struggling or you haven't gotten a client yet:
Start small.
Focus on one client at a time, not a group program.
Reach out to people individually and get to know them.
Write your own copy - don't get trapped in cranking out AI oatmeal.
If you just do those things, you'll be miles ahead of everyone else who is "spraying and praying" they get a lead from social media or email blasts.
