I've been writing a lot about AI lately because it's not something that we ignore.

It's not that there is an AI wave coming to drown us.

The wave is here, and we have to decide how to approach it.

If you've ever been in the ocean, you know that when a large wave comes along, if you want to ride it, you have to start paddling before it gets to you.

If you wait too long, the wave passes, and you lose the magnificent momentum it propels you with.

That's where we are with AI.

In my best estimation, we've got until the end of this year to decide how we are going to get started using AI.

After that, it is going to be very hard to catch up.

And, I don't mean just typing ideas into ChatGPT. I mean really using AI to work for us.
