One In, One Out

July 01, 20262 min read

My mom taught me the secret to an uncluttered closet.

She said, whenever you buy something new, you have to get rid of something else.

It's about replacement, not collection.

The same is true in your business and work.

So often, I see coaches collecting programs and courses. Then they get overwhelmed trying to figure out how to do them all.

Then, when they get overwhelmed, they stop working on what they have, and they go shopping for something new.

Remember, a confused mind always procrastinates.

Instead of getting stuck in this cycle, take a look at the programs you've been collecting.

Truthfully, many of them are outdated, especially those that are focused on social media, lead generation, and content. What worked two years ago doesn't work now.

Be brave, and toss them.

If you can't bear to delete them, at least shove them into an archive folder so they aren't distracting you. It's the business equivalent of putting them in a box in the attic. Not ideal, but better than keeping it front and center.

Then pick ONE recent program or course and implement it in full. Yes, do all the things. Every single one of them, even the hard ones.

If you don't have one you trust, you can check out the Steady Clients System. It's the perfect foundation.

Moving forward, always remember - one in, one out.
