So many people I'm talking to lately are already sick of hearing about AI.

It is EVERYWHERE.

And, for good reason.

This technology has the potential to fundamentally change the kind of work we do and how we do it.

That's nothing to sneeze at.

But I totally get that it can seem overwhelming and, in many cases, more time-consuming than just doing the work yourself.

That's when I remember a rule taught to me a long time ago: spend at least 60% of your time shipping and 40% prepping to ship.

That means get your face out of your AI of choice, talk to some people, and make real sales.
