So often in business we talk about achievement, progress, productivity and success.
Rarely do we mention the other side of the coin - rest.
For it is only when we are truly rested and refreshed that we do our best work.
Think about what helps you get your best rest each day. It might be getting in some exercise so your body is as tired as your mind. It might be eating an early dinner and going to bed with an empty stomach. It might be meditating before bed or taking a walk.
Whatever it is, make sure you do the right things to set yourself up for a restful night after a good day's work. Your body and mind will thank you and you'll see far better results.
