If you find yourself stuck, lacking motivation or just a little worn out on the path of achievement, take a moment this morning to tap into a feeling of excitement, engagement or just willpower.
Spend a moment really feeling the emotions and letting them flood your body. Your brain will release a series of chemicals that make you feel strong, focused and ready to act!
