common for us to be continuously chasing bigger goals and more money so we can "create more wealth".
But money is not all that makes us wealthy. Health, love, friendship, contentment, purpose, integrity, passion and many other things contribute to our feelings of wealth.
Take a minute to think about what makes you feel wealthy. Make a short list of the things you already have that make you feel rich and happy.
As you look at the list, let yourself feel gratitude for the items on it.
This is a great exercise to do first thing in the morning (you can review yesterday's gratitude list from your Daily Success Checklist) to create the energy of abundance in yourself.
There is increasing evidence that feeling gratitude impacts success in life.
It's certainly worth a few moments of headspace each day to remember all the gifts you already have and how wealthy you already are.
